Chris Pine, in the character of FDR Foster and Tom Hardy in Tuck Hansen, does a great job of keeping men distracted from Reese’s message that it’s OK to date multiple people. This Means War is perfect for a wild couple – love doing wild things.

Cactus Flower (1969) (IMDB 7.2/10)

The famous actress Kate Hudson’s mom, Goldie Hawn, won an Oscar for her portrayal of Toni Simmons in the film. Hawn is playing a character of a confused 21-year old woman in a relationship with an older man (Walter Matthau). Although it looks like an Austin Powers film, Hawn’s wit and charm allow you to still get into the film.

A complicated love story about various lies told by a dentist to keep a relationship going well. It is a classic romantic movie, and if you are a movie addict then go for it.

The Notebook is a 2004 film directed by Nick Cassavetes. The film is beloved by women everywhere for a better reason. Allie (Rachel McAdams) is such a warm, kind, and likable character, pursued by the equally charming Noah (Ryan Gosling). The love story between (Ryan and Rachel) given many tests, but we realize that it lasts into their old age.

Excellent performances by McAdams and Gosling have made this a super-popular and award-winning film of 2004. The film might be crazy, but it’s heartwarming and genuine too. If you ask couples about their favorite romantic movies, they probably tell you about The Notebook.

Peter and Gwen’s romance in the film is one of the most memorable in comic book history. I prefer to watch this movie with my girlfriend not because it is about Spiderman but also about the story, the romance between the characters, visual effects.

One of my all-time favorite movies to watch on a date night with my girlfriend is Friends With Benefits. In the film, a young man(Justin Timberlake) and a woman (Mila Kunis) decide to take their friendship to the next level without becoming a couple but soon discover that adding sex leads to complications.

Three things that make the movie worth watching – are super acting, new concept, and of course, ending.

The on-screen romance of two is worth it to watch. And of course, if you are Jake and Anne, then go for it. The romantic/comedy film definitely makes your mood spicy.

Lost In Translation (IMDB 7.7/10)

Though it is one of those bleak comedy films, Lost In Translation has a great romance at its heart. Bob Harris (Bill Murray) and Charlotte (Scarlett Johansson) capture what it feels like to be traveling somewhere – completely strange and wanting a connection. Brief moments of Anna Faris spoofing Cameron Diaz add just the right amount of laughter to make you laugh until Bob whispers something in Charlotte’s ear, and they say goodbye.

This one is definitely near to my and my girlfriend. And it is one of the kind of movies that make you cry and happy at the same time.

The Fault In Our Stars is not just a film for me and my partner, it is more than that. The film is about two teenage cancer patients who begin a life-affirming journey to visit a reclusive author(Willem Dafoe) in Amsterdam. After watching the film, you learn more about the couple’s story, then read The Fault In Our Star novel.

Another anime movie that makes a place in my list is The Garden Of Woods. The director of the film is Makoto Shinkai, who also directed Your Name film. The film is about a 15-year-old boy and a 27-year-old woman who find an unlikely friendship in the Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden on one beautiful rainy day.

La La Land (IMDB 8/10)

One of the best musical/romance films to watch with your partner any day. And this movie will tell you the importance of music in romance. Trying to search their careers in Los Angeles, a pianist(Ryan Gosling) and an actress(Emma Stone) fall in love while attempting to reconcile their aspirations for the future.

If you want to make your night romantic, then this is perfect for both of you to watch.
